This happens if you have previously paired your iOS device then performed a factory reset on Mu-so 2nd Generation. Delete the unit from the iOS Bluetooth device list as shown below and pair again. Check that ‘Open pairing’ is enabled in the Naim app Bluetooth settings.
- Ensure Mu-so 2nd Generation is turned on.
- Touch Settings.
- Touch Bluetooth.
- Touch the ’i’ next to the unconnected Mu-so 2nd Generation.
- Touch ’Forget this Device’.
